About the Role

Note:  This is a temporary position for up to one year.

The position provides administrative support to Department Manager and to work unit and other duties as assigned. The position provides advanced administrative support to the work unit, in addition to performing duties associated with quality control and loan processing. Represents the bank in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone and in person.


Quality Control: Perform all investigative and many response tasks involved in all quality control and audit reports. Ensure that all information is prepared in a timely manner to ensure adequate time for departmental review and submission by the required time. Perform various quality control and audit functions as required by Glacier Bank, secondary market investors, regulators, and related parties.
Perform monthly quality contract reviews/audits as required/assigned. Responsible for preparing information to be sent to various quality control providers within specified timeframes, researching and preparing responses to various quality control report findings within specified time limits, and assisting in audit and compliance responses and actions.

Provide administrative support to Real Estate Operations Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to: check the RE CAG voicemail throughout the day and maintain/save spreadsheet for phone call rotations; log mercury orders on the mercury spreadsheet each morning to keep on top of getting invoices paid, print invoices from the appraisal email that need to be paid for the week and ensure they are complete and accurate, update spreadsheet; log into MERS each morning to download files and save files and update the MERS log; conduct post-closing follow up weekly; maintain non-BVS training spreadsheet for the department; handle re-conveyances so completed by the 10th day after they are paid; update the appraisal comparable list as needed; track Field Review rotation as needed; forward closing documents (BDWS, note, and ticket copies) to loan servicing on an as-needed basis for Sanders Region processor; file documents; order UPS supplies for shipping (closing and post-closing duties) as needed/monthly. Perform other clerical/administrative duties as needed/assigned.

Loan Processing: Process employee loans and high volume overflow; serves as a senior processor.  Prepare loan documents and correspondence including letters, memoranda, and various forms and reports in rough draft and final draft form for the lending staff. Proofread for accuracy and correct errors. Conduct follow-up to ensure information is received in a timely manner. Review documents/files for completion and accuracy. Process and complete private mortgage insurance requests, various government loan insurance, and guarantees. Check verifications of employment, assets, and credit to ensure the application is complete and accurate. Process loan documents; enter loan information in the computer accurately and on a timely basis. Process and complete technological underwriting tasks. Prepare loan file with all appropriate documentation. Track all required information needed to complete loan files; monitor and resolve problems to ensure all documentation is received and verified prior to packaging/closing. Act as the “insuring party” on all FHA guaranteed loans. Maintain current knowledge of guidelines, procedures, and policies related to loan processing duties. Understand and adhere to loan program requirements, lending regulations, and documentation policies and procedures.

About You


  •  Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
