About this position:
The Physical Security Intern will provide support for various physical security day-to-day operations including drafting security plans, inspections, vulnerability assessments on critical facilities in Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska, training coordination and security enhancement projects.

- Assist in review and revision of all Standard Operating Procedures of the Security Operations Center
- Participate with the Physical Security Coordinator and Analyst in FERC Regulator required inspections and meeting of NorthWestern Energy's Hydro facilitates
- Assist with the annual revision and review of all NorthWestern Energy Emergency Response Plans
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Security Operation Center, work with Contract security officers to monitor and update Access Control and video monitoring of critical assets
- Attend meetings with regulatory and industry Physical Security professionals for development of physical security strategies and enhancements
- Conduct research, document and develop reports
- Lifting of material up to 35 pounds
- Travel up to 40% of the time will be required
- Participate in organizational work meetings
