The Operations Manager - Cleaning is a pivotal role ensuring our high standards and efficiency in operations are met. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our new Lewistown, Montana location.

Your tasks

Cleaning Operations Management: Develop and manage Cleaning Operations strategy, implement technological improvements, and ensure optimal production processes.

Financial/Budget Management: Collect and analyze financial data, create budget reports, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. Identify trends to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Management Supervision and Employee Relations: Manage employee performance, compensation, training, and other related issues. Develop and implement policies in compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Ensures that competitive target lines and deliverables are met.
  • Ensures the most appropriate manner the work is done.
  • Ensures the safety of all Cleaning operations.
  • Ensures flexible production processes and recognizes potential for optimization and makes recommendations for technological optimization and procedural improvements.
  • Implements optimization and procedural improvements.
  • Ensures the identification of and/or resolves issues timely and appropriately.
  • Ensures documentation of all relevant internal procedures in the form of controlled documents, processes, work instructions and the consistent use, consideration and updating of all.
  • Ensures the continuous improvement and development of cleaning procedures, processes and systems in cooperation with the technical experts in all departments.
  • Directs the work of the workforce to clean and produce products and provide services.
  • Ensures the management of the performance of the workforce, individually and as a whole.
  • Develop, interpret and apply policies equitably and in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the organization.
  • Develop reports and identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Manage expenses and opportunities for expense control.
  • Be responsible for all duties in the absence of the General Manager,
  • Regular attendance and presence in the designated workplace.

  • have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in organizational management, budget management, operational optimization, and employee relations.
    OR, have a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management and four (4) years’ job experience in a similar industry.
    OR, have equivalent combination of years of experience and education and must have supervisory experience.
  • have excellent judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
