This role is ideal for an experienced marketer with 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM), who thrives in developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligning with sales and marketing teams to deliver targeted initiatives that engage prospects and customers. You will also play a key role in developing ABM strategies to strengthen relationships with key accounts and accelerate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Development
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and other channels to generate demand and drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create campaign assets and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and manage timelines, budgets, and campaign goals to ensure successful execution.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and execute tailored ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Personalize messaging and outreach based on account needs, challenges, and goals.
- Work closely with sales to align on target accounts, outreach strategies, and reporting.
- Demand Generation
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects through inbound and outbound channels.
- Leverage paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication to drive qualified leads.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness over time.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Alignment
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on campaign goals, lead follow-up, and feedback.
- Work with the content and design teams to create compelling assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Marketing Automation and CRM
- Manage campaigns through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Build and maintain workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation for effective campaign execution.
- Stay Ahead of Trends
- Stay informed about the latest trends in demand generation, ABM, and B2B marketing to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Experiment with new tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies, demand generation best practices, and lead management.
