Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Business Analysis Manager to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. As a Business Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of a business analysis team.
• Ensure effective workflow management and staff workload distribution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or proven experience in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in using management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of management principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in workflow management and staff workload management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
