Summary:
This position is responsible for the management and organization of the Manager in Training (MIT) program, oversight of the Task Force group, planning and implementation of the annual OAK University, and development and maintenance of the Operations Manual (OAK Trail Guide). This position will also develop and oversee the mentor program for the OAK department. The Project and Training Specialist is responsible for identifying and sourcing training and operational opportunities based on departmental needs and focus areas. |
