General Profile: Supervises the daily activities of administrative, technical or operations support teams (jobs that typically fall on the B, O or T band). Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Generally does not perform the work supervised.
Key Responsibilities
Operates in close collaboration with outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organization as well as Planning Ordering, Purchasing, Trade and Customer Account Specialists in local region.
Conducts physical inventories for verification of inventory levels for AGS warehouse 5580.
Determines staffing requirements; ensures effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development.
Manages/oversees effective warehousing according to needs.
Manages commitment methodologies and processes.
Generates necessary Shipping documentation as needed and tracks Shipment Status and Revenue Recognition. Removes obstacles to ensure Revenue Plan is successful.
Obtains Dangerous Goods Training and ensures safe shipment of DG.
Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.
Create and submit claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and assist suppliers with their parts claim.
Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.

$68,000.00 - $93,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
