System Administration Support Analyst - Billings

Position General Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily administration of the Fiserv (Premier) Core, ancillary software system parameters and other software systems including daily software support, project support and support for conversions/acquisitions, release implementation, documentation and training.  Act as a Security Administrator for Premier, Director or other ancillary modules as needed.  Maintain an operational knowledge level on the Fiserv (Premier) core, and ancillary software system parameters and other software systems software applications.  Under the direction of the Director of Digital Banking and Application Services work closely with technology, central departments and branch groups in gaining system-wide efficiencies and risk management through enhanced mastery and understanding of the Fiserv (Premier) system and other software systems, and to fully utilize technology and automation where possible.  

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2. Two to Three years progressive experience using Fiserv (Premier) Core, and ancillary software systems specifications and parameters in a large community bank, and in a complex, multiple branch or institution environment.
3. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, database, report writing, Salesforce and other PC software tools.
4. Good problem solving skills required.  
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.  

Preferred:

1. A working knowledge of bank operations.

Dimension of Job:

Position requires knowledge of Fiserv (Premier) software and bank operations in a complex environment, and requires the research, analysis and implementation of various operational and technology projects including software releases.  Daily production duties include supporting internal departments using Fiserv (Premier), project implementation, liaison with Fiserv (Premier) support, execution of Fiserv (Premier) software changes, and Fiserv (Premier) and ancillary system user security administration.
