Marketing Officer - Billings

Responsible for directing and implementing marketing efforts for the bank markets and business lines of Stockman Financial Corp. Major areas of marketing including: advertising (print, broadcast, digital), social media (posts and blogs), sponsorships, promotional campaigns, email and direct mail projects.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2. Strong writing communication and organizational skills.
3. Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and project management skills.
5. Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. 1-2 years of marketing/sales experience.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Minimum of two years previous banking experience. A good understanding of products and services available.
2. Previous experience with advertising design software.  
3. Previous experience working with media and placing advertising.

Dimension of Job:

This position is responsible for assisting SFC’s markets and branches with the marketing and community relations efforts in the Southwestern/Eastern Region of Montana. This position must be able to travel to other branches as needed minimal twice a year or as events dictate (overnight included).  Personal skills necessary to be successful in the position:  self starter, decision maker, effective communicator, multi-task manager, detail oriented, problem solver, ability to work efficiently with deadlines and eagerness to learn new things.
