About this position:
NorthWestern Energy is seeking a motivated and talented Network Intern to support ongoing projects and assist with day-to-day network and cybersecurity operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience working within a complex network environment in the utility industry, while making meaningful contributions to the success of our IT team.
About this job:
- Work in a team environment making positive contributions to team processes and goals
- Assist in Network hardware and software upgrades
- Assist in network design
- Create and update network documentation
- Assist in using network monitoring and management tools
- Assist in device configurations
- Participate in organizational work meetings
- Travel up to 10% of the time is required
