Job Description

The Media Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Account Managers and Campaign Analysts by assisting in all aspects of the campaign set up by mastering the nuts and bolts of digital advertising campaigns. In order to be successful in this role, individuals must be highly detail-oriented and process-focused, with a knack for learning and mastering a variety of different software platforms. The ideal candidate has a background or interest in advertising/marketing and is self-motivated, quick thinking, and able to appropriately balance and prioritize a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Team members in this role gain deep insight into the online advertising world with opportunities to grow their careers through continued education in the workplace. 


Responsibilities 

  • Support the Media Services team in administrative duties such as ingestion and processing of new contracts, budget management, data ingestion, and reporting
  • Support the Media Services team in trafficking creative assets within ad buying platforms and ad servers
  • Own the QA process for campaign materials pre and post-launch
  • Prepare ad campaigns to ensure a successful transition of materials to the Account Manager and Campaign Analyst 
  • Utilize and set up LumenAd’s proprietary media management platform to set up campaign architecture, monitor campaign metrics, and pacing
  • Anticipate and identify issues as well as proactively recommend a solution
  • Serve as an expert on campaign processes including creative preparation, technical requirements, reporting setup, and overall project management
  • Assist in the development of mid and post-flight reporting
  • Collaborate on campaign strategies to help achieve the client’s campaign goals
  • Some client communication may be required
  • Train as backfill for Account Management or Campaign Analyst  positions
  • And other duties as needed to evolve this position
     
    Skills and Requirements
  • BA/BS with industry emphasis or related experience - Management Information Systems or Marketing with digital or analytics emphasis preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
  • Professional persona and attitude
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in G-Suite. Candidates must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Total comfortability with basic mathematical and financial calculations
  • Strong understanding of basic advertising principles
  • Experience in ad-buying platforms a plus
  • Experience in ad-servers a plus
