Equipment Service and Delivery Technician

This team member will be responsible for the satisfactory completion of all training programs to which he/she may be assigned, execution of plans as required by their direct manager, provide an excellent customer service experience, effective sales support, and maintain timely communications with customers, Fisher's service and operations departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional product and service support for Fisher’s customers.
  • Set-up, configure, and test new and used imaging equipment for delivery to customers
  • Provide effective and timely communications to Sales, Service, and Operations departments
  • Properly maintain all inventory and properly document usage.
  • Maintain all of Fisher’s Technology's property in proper condition as verified by direct manager.
  • Complete all paperwork and/or data entry accurately and in a timely manner for e-Automate and Remote Tech for system integrity and reporting.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, manner, and a level of customer satisfaction in alignment with Fisher’s Technology's mission statement.
  • Encourage customer feedback and survey participation.
  • Assist on special projects as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Report all situations regarding technical and/or customer-related problems directly to Service Management


  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Clean driving record
  • Quick learner with the desire to become a field technician
  • A strong aspiration to personally succeed and grow within the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with network connectivity is a plus
