Job Description

Local extermination/pest control company is looking to add a superstar to their front office! If you are the type of individual who enjoys multitasking, answering phone calls, and keeping away the pests, this is destiny! Pay starts off between $15.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience! Exterminate any of the doubts you have about applying, this is an awesome opportunity!

A well-qualified candidate will have the following expertise:

  • Experience in dispatching and routing service calls.
  • Experience in service routing software as well as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with office administration including filing, schedule management, phone operation, and management of office personnel.
  • Ability to learn new software including VoIP phone system.
  • Ability and experience in the management of client relations via phone, email, and text.
  • Experience in bookkeeping to include invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll.

In addition, a well-qualified candidate will have the following critical leadership skills.

  • Be able to set the example in moral courage for your team.
  • Be a very effective communicator, especially with clients and company personnel.
  • Be able to tactfully address problem issues.
  • Keep the executive management informed of all critical issues.
  • Keep your team members informed.
