Local extermination/pest control company is looking to add a superstar to their front office! If you are the type of individual who enjoys multitasking, answering phone calls, and keeping away the pests, this is destiny! Pay starts off between $15.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience! A well-qualified candidate will have the following expertise:
- Experience in dispatching and routing service calls.
- Experience in service routing software as well as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Experience with office administration including filing, schedule management, phone operation, and management of office personnel.
- Ability to learn new software including VoIP phone system.
- Ability and experience in the management of client relations via phone, email, and text.
- Experience in bookkeeping to include invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll.
In addition, a well-qualified candidate will have the following critical leadership skills.
- Be able to set the example in moral courage for your team.
- Be a very effective communicator, especially with clients and company personnel.
- Be able to tactfully address problem issues.
- Keep the executive management informed of all critical issues.
- Keep your team members informed.
