Job Description

As an Account Associate, you’ll partner with your client relations colleagues to deliver the best customer service and support to our Commercial Lines clients, colleagues, and carriers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide amazing client service: ensure customer service needs are addressed in a timely fashion and effectively.
  • Work on accounts: including negotiating with insurance carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting client information, and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
  • Update client information: keep accurate, up-to-date records on clients in our agency management system.
  • Plus (the fine print): you’ll follow organization policies and procedures, service standards, and established workflows. You’ll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You’ll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.
