Consumer and Small Business Banking is at the center of our efforts to rebuild trust and transform the way we serve our customers and clients. Responsible for working payment exceptions on the line of credit accounts. Works from multiple reports and requests from customers and bankers to perform monetary and non-monetary maintenance to accounts such as reversing and reapplying payments and advances.

Hours:  Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Home Equity guidelines
  • Research experience
  • Experience with SHAW, HOGAN, PAC2000, ICMP, ECAR, Claude
  • Proven ability to identify trends/issues and communicate relevant information to appropriate team members
  • Proven experience as subject matter expert within a team or department
  • Experience training new and existing team members
  • Proven ability to meet strict daily and monthly deadlines
  • Strong team player and ability to work independently
  • Strong data entry skills including high accuracy, speed and 10 Key skills including strong mathematical, account balancing, and research skills
