Manages customer relationships and counsels customers with existing home loan needs. Works closely with other employees to cross-train and to assist as needed. Responsibilities may focus on specified areas of the home loan process, including private mortgage insurance, hazard insurance, claims, property taxes, adjustable-rate mortgages, and/or payment application.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two years’ relevant experience required. The ideal candidate will possess skills in accounting, be able to multi-task, and must be very organized. Experience in Home Loan Servicing is preferred. Must possess knowledge of escrows and escrow analysis. Position requires the candidate to possess excellent reconciliation skills and have a further understanding of the home loan process from booking the loan to pay off.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume in all units of measure. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or oral form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to interpret documents to ensure they are correct.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, sit, and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
