We are currently seeking a TRAX Analyst I to monitor and maintain the day to day activity of the TRAX program; work closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues; analyze program data and determine future program enhancements to create operating efficiencies. Provide assistance with testing new releases, enhancements, and fixes.


  • Experience with TRAX, Envestnet, and BETA preferred but not required
  • Experience in the securities industry, front or back office
  • FINRA Operations Principal Exam (Series 99), preferred
  • Working knowledge of the securities industry, financial markets, and its products
  • Proficient computer skills with regards to Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to document and archive guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and resolve problems
  • Strong analytical, and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Logical problem solver. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a sometimes stressful situation
  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs of the organization
  • Working closely with others proactively communicate and collaborate with external vendors and internal employees to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Build test scripts; develop and maintain instructional guides
  • Interpret Wealth Management and Operations business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Serve as a conduit between D.A. Davidson Companies and the external software development team through which requirements flow
  • In conjunction with the manager collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Serve as support for troubleshooting product issues between D.A. Davidson Companies and outside vendors and both operations and wealth management associates
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as necessary
