Job Description About The Role The primary focus of this position is to administer and provide Level III support throughout the assigned application(s) analysis, configuration, testing, implementation and production lifecycle. About The Role The Electronic Records and Content Management (ERCM) Administrator is responsible for supporting Corporate Operations and Bank Divisions in the administration of the Electronic Content Management (ECM) program. This role will be tasked with implementing processes to evaluate and review Glacier’s current information governance and records management program to improve efficiency and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Also ensures applicable records preservation and disposal processes are adhered to as relates to the organizations specific requirements and prescribed policies and procedures.
