About this position:
Provide support to NorthWestern Energy's Regulatory Affairs activities before the Montana Public Service Commission (PSC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state courts. Responsible for drafting pleadings, managing discovery, researching issues, presenting arguments, and assisting the team in developing and implementing regulatory strategies. Provide support and advice to subject matter experts in energy supply, distribution, and transmission groups.
