About this position: The Facilities Project Specialist will work under general supervision providing support in all aspects to the Facilities Management Services Departments supporting system administration, large and small capital projects, , and performing operations, maintenance and planning analysis in MT, SD and NE. This position will assist with coding invoices as needed including tracking expenses. A key responsibility will be to maintain and update building CAD files and provide project support throughout Facilities. The Facilities Specialist will serve as a front-line contact for the Facilities help line.
