About The Role
The Electronic Records and Content Management (ERCM) Administrator is responsible for supporting Corporate Operations and Bank Divisions in the administration of the Electronic Content Management (ECM) program. This role will be tasked with implementing processes to evaluate and review Glacier’s current information governance and records management program to improve efficiency and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Also ensures applicable records preservation and disposal processes are adhered to as relates to the organizations specific requirements and prescribed policies and procedures. Serves as a liaison to multiple department managers and project support staff in the use of ECM technologies and provides administrative support to Banking Division team members. Serves as a key role in the guidance of overall Information Governance/Records Management strategy.
