Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All aspects of weekly payroll and reporting
Asset and depreciation record-keeping
Job costing, including labor and materials detail
Oversight of all bank accounts and reconciliations
Close monitoring of cash flow and cash flow projections
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable oversight
Management of any short-term or long-term liabilities
Management of business insurance needs, including property, general liability, workers compensation, and surety
Maintenance of employee 401k plan
Coordination with independent CPA for financial statement and tax return preparation
Management of the company’s accounting software, Deltek/ComputerEase, for security, access and updates
Supervision of Payroll Administrator, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerks
Clear communication of financial data and position to the management...
