SUMMARY The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for performing general ledger and bank-controlled deposit account reconciliations, reporting any out of balance conditions immediately, and working with appropriate bank personnel to resolve issues.  A successful candidate will be capable of understanding a broad range of bank processes, preparing and properly documenting reconciliations in various formats, and communicating effectively with individuals at all levels throughout the organization.  Attention to detail and a general understanding of accounting concepts are required to successfully perform the duties of this position.
