About The Role
The E-Banking Specialist will monitor and complete daily, monthly, and quarterly reports. The E-Banking Specialist is also responsible for assisting with Cash Management and Treasury Management annual reviews as requested by E-Banking Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete Reports and Reviews - Daily - Monthly - Quarterly according to schedule.
Death Notification Entry (DNE) Report
ACH Returns and Corrections Report
Bill Pay Fraud Reports
External Transfer Reports
InSight Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Approvals
ACH 7702 Cognos Review
iPay/ Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Closed Account Report
Wire Initiation (remove from Customer Support Center OR add employee to rotation)
Foreign wire balancing
eBanking eMails and Group Phone
Remote Deposit Capture
Bill Pay
