*This position is available out of Billings, Bozeman, Helena, Kalispell, Lewistown, and Missoula, MT About The Role The Digital Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across all digital channels, including but not limited to websites, digital applications, mobile apps, and online banking systems. This person plays a lead role in shaping and executing digital channel strategies in collaboration with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The Digital Channel Specialist will work closely with product managers, product marketing, internal and external project teams, third-party vendors, bank division employees, and cross-functional departments to implement and optimize digital strategies.
