Position Description  The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading structural engineering efforts on projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines, and overseeing the work of junior engineers. This role requires strong technical knowledge in wood, timber, steel, concrete, and masonry design, along with the ability to develop construction documents, perform structural analysis, prepare reports and cost estimates, and maintain client relationships. The position also includes mentoring team members and coordinating with architects, designers, and other engineers to deliver integrated design solutions.
