Job Description: The Front Desk Admin Intern position serves as Zoot’s first impression to visitors, clients, and other guests entering the building or contacting the business, as well as providing excellent hospitality services through our on-site Coffee Bar and Kitchen. The position performs a wide range of customer service, administrative, and hospitality tasks, including daily operation of the Coffee Bar (making espresso drinks, processing receipts, ordering/purchasing supplies), setting up hospitality throughout the building for meetings and trainings, coordinating with the Kitchen staff for catering needs (lunches, refreshments), administrative tasks, managing coffee in the kitchenettes throughout the building, and assisting with company-wide events (set up, hospitality, visitor management). About The Role The Accounting Assistant provides clerical support to the Chief Financial Officer.  Processes various tasks associated with paying invoices, set meetings, as well as perform special projects as assigned.   Duties include but are not limited to: Process incoming invoices for payment. Process employee personal and bank card reimbursements for payment. Prepare and maintain coffee supply for staff and customers. Organize and order food deliveries for group meetings.
