JOB SUMMARY: Under the oversight of the Operations Manager and the Data Center Supervisor, the Data Center Technician is responsible to provide professional services to our internal and external customers. Duties this role performs include administration, maintenance, installations, testing / troubleshooting, plus monitoring functioning of assigned networks and systems used by Range staff and external customers.  Key responsibilities are to ensure a high quality of service with company and customer data use and access, and support company stakeholders with any technological needs that arise.
