Summary The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) supports the Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement function, with a focus on contract performance, supplier risk management, and corporate responsibility initiatives. This role leads the development and tracking of standardized KPIs for key suppliers, driving ongoing performance improvement. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing & Procurement, the SRM oversees the supplier lifecycle, integrating ESG priorities and identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, innovation, and technology adoption.
