Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive demand, optimize revenue, and maximize guest engagement for their designated portfolio of KOA campgrounds. The Field Marketing Manager collaborates with franchise owners, general managers, field and corporate marketing teams to implement brand-aligned initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional and local marketing strategies tailored to each campground in designated portfolio.
Act as a marketing consultant for franchise owners, providing insights and recommendations based on market data and trends.
