Summary
As a member of the Glacier Solutions Development (“GSD”) team, the Quality Assurance Specialist reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. The primary focus of this position is to test and perform quality assurance (QA) validation on business process solutions for assigned application(s) throughout the development lifecycle. This role will be responsible for testing supporting for workflow-driven system processes provided by the bank, such as Lending, Teller, New Accounts, Compliance, Fraud, and Core Banking interface solutions. This QA Specialist will keep all relevant technical documentation up to date as assigned. They will participate in testing for new systems, releases, new features, enhancements, and break/fix solutions.
