About The Role
The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision by setting the example for his or her staff to follow and is a leader and coach in both action and attitude by exemplifying what he or she expects of all staff members. Ensure that all areas comply with overall bank policies, operating procedures, and banking regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Vault Teller, Teller, and Account Specialist area.
Hold timely performance evaluations for staff, rewarding good performance as well as providing redirection to underachiever’s performance. Maintain good communication with staff. Work with Human Resource Manager on human resource issues. Promote employee growth and development and extraordinary service quality.
