About The Role
The Accounting Assistant provides clerical support to the Chief Financial Officer. Processes various tasks associated with paying invoices, set meetings, as well as perform special projects as assigned.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Process incoming invoices for payment.
Process employee personal and bank card reimbursements for payment.
Prepare and maintain coffee supply for staff and customers.
Organize and order food deliveries for group meetings.
Balance and prepare monthly Common Area Maintenance invoices for tenants, collect and post reimbursements and rent payments.
Prepare other monthly account reconciliations as assigned.
Assist in the preparation of monthly Board Meetings.
Type memos, letters, reports, and other documents.
Provide assistance and support to other staff and management as required.
