Position Description
An Architectural Project Manager leads building projects from early concept through final construction while championing Cushing Terrell’s philosophy of collaboration, innovation, and human-centered design. They coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams—architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients—to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets both functional and aspirational goals.
Position Salary Range*
The expected salary range for this position is $ 90,000 to $ 106,000 annually.
Required Qualifications**
A bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Architecture, Construction Administration, or the equivalent
10+ years of job-related experience
Current license/registration or PM certification or equivalent in-house training
