This role is ideal for a seasoned Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration. You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding both internal and external programs from concept through completion, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll be trusted to keep complex initiatives moving forward—tracking progress, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risk, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate programs that support organizational objectives and long-term growth
  • Serve as a central point of communication across Sales, Operations, Production, and Engineering teams
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, documentation, and deliverables throughout the full program lifecycle
  • Build strong, credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep programs aligned with expectations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and partners
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program performance and identifying opportunities to optimize outcomes

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios
  • Working knowledge of engineering R&D, product development, and manufacturing environments
  • Strong command of change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination
  • Exceptional organizational instincts with the ability to manage high volumes of information
  • Confident communicator with sound judgment and a collaborative leadership style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools

Bonus Points For

  • PMP certification
  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Background in proposal development or principal investigator work
  • Technical program management experience in photonics or a related field

What to Expect

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
