Job Description

Perform Warehouse operations to include, but not limited to, identifying, determining location, and transporting raw and finished materials, and supplies to designated locations for storage and/or production. Additionally organizing and performing batching and pre-cleaning procedures. Will track, document and provide documentation as appropriate and in compliance with policies and procedures.

Your tasks

  • Raw Material (25%) – Identify and verify raw materials received and distribute to appropriate location(s) in accordance with procedure and work order.

  • Finished Material (25%) – Identify, package and distribute/load finished products for storage or for shipping in accordance with work order.

  • Supplies (25%) – Receives, verifies, documents and moves to storage or location in accordance with work order.

  • Production (25%) – Organizing and performing batching and pre-cleaning procedures.

Details

  • Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
  • Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
  • Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
  • Confirms shipping details or special instructions; expedites shipments that affect the manufacturing process schedule.
  • Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks and skids).
  • When problems arise, resolves issues with contractors or vendors.
  • Validates, approves, and forwards invoices to accounting department.
  • Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment.
  • Prepare batches for cleaning processes according to internal regulations.
  • Operate the pre-cleaning system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education, Cxperience and Certification Requirements

Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent

Working Conditions

Requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, manual dexterity, detailed verbal communications and manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards.

Will spend time in the manufacturing environment with equipment, robotics, chemicals, required attire/uniforms/clean suits. May encounter wet surfaces, noise and/or moving machines. May require standing for long periods, manual dexterity for handling small parts, attention to detail and cleanliness.

Must wear safety gear and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
