Position Description  Cushing Terrell is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in desktop application development to lead internal software initiatives supporting our architectural and engineering teams. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our operations group and mentor a small team of developers to support, enhance, and modernize mission-critical systems—primarily desktop applications built in .NET and SQL Windows (OpenText).
