Job SummaryThe Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation for Blackfoot's products and services. This role works cross-functionally to ensure solutions are clearly positioned, effectively communicated, and successfully launched into the market. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop product marketing strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for targeted customer segments.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution, including launch coordination, promotional strategy, sales enablement, and internal communication.
  • Create and maintain product marketing content including product briefs, sales sheets, presentations, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and customer engagement.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure successful execution.

  • Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and positioning documents.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, documentation, and communications.
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and KPIs to recommend marketing strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support sales enablement through tools, training, and go-to-market support.

Education and Experience:

Any combination equivalent to the following education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities would qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be: 

BS/BA in business marketing, management, telecommunications or related degree preferred; 2-5 years of hands-on product management or product marketing experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
