Position Summary
Responsible for providing technical assistance and training to members with phone and internet services, handles tier 2 trouble tickets, and ensures member satisfaction by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic
Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via layer 2 and layer 3
Provide training to customers in the use of systems and applications related to the Internet.
Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered
Identify, correct, or advise on operational issues in customer computer
Perform creation of new accounts using company provided software
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Tend to the Central Office (CO) queue and assist where appropriate.
Manage UCAAS (hosted IP) & Wi-Fi systems.
