Position Summary
Responsible for providing technical assistance and training to members with phone and internet services, handles tier 2 trouble tickets, and ensures member satisfaction by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic
- Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via layer 2 and layer 3
- Provide training to customers in the use of systems and applications related to the Internet.
- Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered
- Identify, correct, or advise on operational issues in customer computer
- Perform creation of new accounts using company provided software
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Tend to the Central Office (CO) queue and assist where appropriate.
- Manage UCAAS (hosted IP) & Wi-Fi systems.

Education & Experience:
- Practical knowledge, skills, and abilities with 2-3 years of related work experience described above is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right competencies.
- Marketing skills are a plus.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software and Word Processing
